Women’s and Children’s Hospital

With the complex needs of a major new healthcare building, Women’s and Children’s Hospital was looking for an integrated and efficient heating and cooling system, and turned to us for help. From start to finish, including consultation, design, installation and maintenance, we brought Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) zoning to the Clinical Support Building.

Byrne Road Government Liquor Store

Some of our best work is invisible. While most industrial and commercial coolers show exposed fans and unsightly equipment, the new space at the Byrne road government liquor store required something that both satisfied a clean design aesthetic and kept a vast array of beer and wine at proper temperatures, while allowing customers a more direct and pleasant means of accessing the store.

Urban Fare Express at Olympic Village

When the Overwaitea Food Group wanted to set a benchmark for green retail practices, we were on the job at the new 23,000 sq. foot Urban Fare Express at the Olympic village and we successfully installed the first Advansor by Hill PHOENIX Transcritical CO2 Booster System in North America.
