Message from our President

To our Valued Customers and Suppliers,

The events surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic that are quickly unfolding all over the world have created a great uncertainty that has us all evaluating and adjusting how we go about our daily lives.

We consider the services that our companies provide as essential to the needs of society. Collectively we refrigerate and freeze the food you eat, we keep the water running from the taps, the toilets flushing, and we heat and cool the buildings we live and work in.

We will continue our commitment to our customers to provide the highest level of service possible, we balance this commitment with ensuring the health and wellness of our teammates and we are doing everything we can to keep people healthy and prevent the spread of germs.

• Our teammates are staying home if sick

• We have set up mobile workstations to allow those teammates who can work from home to do so

• We have created large workspaces at our office to provide our teammates who have to come into the office lots of personal space

• Our technicians are being provided with extra PPE. Some of these items are getting hard to acquire and will be used sparingly

• Our technicians have been authorized to ask health related questions if they feel necessary before entering a facility and we support their right to refuse work if they have concerns

• We are monitoring developments daily and taking guidance from our Provincial Health Officer. We will make adjustments to our protocols and procedures accordingly

The challenge of dealing with the global pandemic and its consequences will make the weeks ahead difficult for all of us. It is important to remember, however, that there will ultimately be an end to this.
